Much like its namesake, Martha Jane, this room is rooted in tradition. Featuring the home’s original chimney stacks, this room is traditional with a modern twist. The custom wood-slatted wall, queen-size bed and sleek, black full bathroom add contemporary elements to this cozy retreat.

A 10% fee applies to any and all cancelled reservations. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the 50% confirmation deposit will be non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% deposit due at booking, remainder of balance will be charged 7-14 days prior to arrival.

The house is so nice. Very well renovated with thoughtful touches everywhere. I got there after sunset and left the next morning before sunrise, so I didn't really get to see the whole campus, but if the house is any indication, it's all great! Wish I could've stayed around for breakfast!
One note: The listing says you are renting an entire residential home, but you are getting one bedroom and bathroom in a residential home. Kitchen, dining room and parlor are all shared common areas.
